Hybrid B2B Fashion
Wholesale Marketplace
with Zoho ERP
Connecting retailers with manufacturers across Egypt — unifying online purchasing, telesales, inventory, and finance under a single platform.
Overview
Gahez Market is one of Egypt's fastest-growing B2B fashion wholesale platforms, connecting retailers with manufacturers and suppliers across categories including ready-made garments, footwear, accessories, and bags.
Operating in a traditionally fragmented and credit-driven market, Gahez combines online purchasing with an offline telesales and agent-driven model—both unified under a single system.
To support rapid scale, the platform was rebuilt using a custom Shopify storefront integrated with Zoho One, creating a centralized ecosystem for operations, finance, inventory, and commissions.
The Challenge
As Gahez scaled, its legacy systems began limiting growth. Multiple disconnected tools were used for key operations, creating fragmentation and risk.
Fragmented Operations
Multiple disconnected tools were used across the business, leading to operational inefficiencies and risk:
- Online orders managed separately
- Agent/telesales orders in different system
- Inventory management siloed
- Financial tracking fragmented
- Manual commission calculations
Missing B2B Capabilities
Standard e-commerce platforms failed to support critical B2B requirements needed for the wholesale market:
- Credit-based purchasing (30/60/90 day terms)
- Automated surcharge handling
- Multi-level commission with recovery logic
- Multi-supplier & multi-warehouse inventory
- Unified reporting across all channels
The business struggled with manual reconciliation, limited visibility, and scalability constraints in a highly competitive market.
Our Solution
A dual-layer architecture was implemented to unify all operations and enable scalable growth.
